Maths & English Programmes
Fully aligned with the UK National Curriculum frameworks. We deliver targeted, comprehensive growth blueprints across all Primary, KS3 and GCSE stages.
Our Two-Week Alternating Cycle - Maths & English
We utilize a highly structured, continuous rotation that ensures both core subjects receive focused teaching time and meticulous homework review.
Maths Session & English Homework Hand-in
1. Hand in English: Students bring in their completed English homework. The tutor collects it at the very start of the lesson to take home and mark.
2. In-Class Maths: The tutor opens your child's pre-marked Maths book. Students review and fix previous homework mistakes first, then dive directly into new maths topics.

We embed absolute fluency in core mathematical operations, column calculation steps, fractions, decimals, simple percentages, spatial metrics, and foundational problem-solving multi-step word questions.

Meticulous focus targeting accurate phonics application, spelling rules, high-level structural grammar rules, punctuation precision, reading compression mechanics, and creative essay writing style variations.
Secondary School Syllabus
Key Stage 3 Curriculum Development
Maths Focus Areas
Bridging effectively toward upper-tier topics. Progression emphasizes complex algebraic syntax, linear equation manipulation, ratios and proportional reasoning, deep geometric rules, and graphical interpretation skills.
English Focus Areas
Advancing analytical essay structures. Tutors build targeted competencies in structural text analysis, extraction of implicit context clues, high-tier critical vocabulary choice, and rigorous persuasive writing techniques.
GCSE Tiers (Years 10 & 11)
Comprehensive exam support across all major UK exam boards (including AQA, Edexcel, OCR, and Eduqas) for both Mathematics and English tracking streams.
GCSE English Literature
Our support is entirely customized around the exact curriculum texts specified by your child's school. Whether they are exploring Shakespearean tragedy, 19th-century prose, modern dramas, or comparative anthology poetry frameworks, we mirror school requirements exactly for maximum synergy.
GCSE English Language
We instruct systematically by working directly from the official AQA GCSE English Language curriculum specifications to ensure complete mastering of paper requirements.
Targeted Textbook Allocations:
- • Pupils joining in Year 10 work dynamically from AQA Language Book 1.
- • Pupils joining in Year 11 work dynamically from AQA Language Book 2.
Targeted Exam Paper Practice:
• Pupils in Year 11 focus directly on structured exam papers and personally targeted problem spots from December all the way through until the final June assessments.
GCSE Mathematics
While we work systematically from 6 core GCSE unit text modules to anchor complete curriculum coverage, our core focus stays adaptive. We explicitly sync with what Year 10 and Year 11 students are actively covering in their day-to-day school classrooms to isolate and fix weaknesses fast.
Students simply let our tutors know which textbook topics or examboard modules they need additional support with, and we will prepare and print custom topic question workpacks out for them, completely free of charge.
