What we expect from all our prospective tutors
Academic Excellence
For KS1/KS2 (Maths/English), you must hold a minimum of GCSE Grade 7 in Maths & English Language. For KS3/GCSE (Maths, English Lit/Lang, Science), a Grade 9 is strictly required in the respective subject.
Full Academic Year Commitment
We prioritize stability for our students. Tutors must commit to the full academic year and should not apply if they anticipate leaving before the curriculum concludes in June/July.
Marking & Lesson Planning
Tutors are required to take student books home for accurate, thorough marking. You must proactively plan upcoming class topics and map out specific workbook questions for homework assignment.
Science Tutors
Science tutors must be specifically available to work on weekends. Our structured science sessions operate during evening slots from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM on either Saturdays or Sundays. Grade 9s across Biology, Chemistry and Physics are required.
